However, blend the keyword perfectly in your article making sure that it is not more that 5%.

– SEO, 240000
– SEO keyword, 200000
– SEO optimization, 190000
See this chart. Use “SEO” in your title tag and blend it through your content. Use “SEO keyword” as a subheading. Use “SEO optimization” as another subheading. That’s it. NO big deal.
Finally, SEO is a terminology that includes a number of things. However, keyword is one of the most important aspects of SEO. With the help of perfect and appropriate keyword your site will get more hits in search engines. However, before selecting keyword, make sure that you have done your research on keyword with the help of Google keyword tools.
